2. Tap I want to set up a different method and in the dropdown, select Phone and click Confirm.

3. Enter your phone number and select Call me. Click Next .

4. Answer the phone call and press # when prompted.

5. Your phone is now verified. Click Next.

6. Tap I want to set up a different method and in the dropdown, select Email and click Confirm.

7. Enter a personal email address and click Next.

8. Enter the code sent to your email and click Next.

9. Click Done.

10. You have completed the MFA setup once you receive the confirmation page.

• Add additional MFA notification methods HERE, such as a secondary phone number so you never get locked out of your PCL account.
• Your mobile device email client will ask you for your PCL password after enrolling in MFA. This is expected and you can safely enter your credentials. If you experience other issues, please contact support.
