UPDATE MFA SETTINGS AND NOTIFICATION METHODS
Add more authentication methods in your security info. You can review what you currently have and add new methods. When more methods are added, it provides more options to perform password reset without calling support.
1. Click https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info to open your security info.
2. Click Add method .
3. Select the additional method you want and provide the information required.
